Shipping Policy
Your favorite cosmetics will be delivered by BOLDLYGLAM with care and on time. We carefully scrutinize every item after you place your order and before it leaves our warehouse. We do a complete quality check before putting together your items for delivery by our reliable partners. We are committed to your products arriving in the condition they were in when we received them.
We take care of all our shipments excluding Sundays and public holidays. Two ways to ship your items with BOLDLYGLAM are express shipping and standard shipping. Express Shipping, the fast choice, usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days and standard Shipping, which is the main service, may not arrive for up to 7 business days depending on how far the package must go.
If you would like your order to ship faster, make sure to choose Express Shipping when you go through the checkout process, since all orders are set to standard shipping by default.
You need to give a full and correct address to achieve quick and successful delivery. If the address information you give is not correct or all details are missing, the company will not be responsible for any loss, delay or missed deliveries. Someone must be available at the address designated to accept the parcel. If a delivery cannot be finished, the courier can contact you or keep your package in storage at the nearest office. If you miss the deadline, you must collect the package by yourself.
If you are ordering from outside of our domestic shipping area please note that there may be custom duties, import tax or other fees required by the local customs office. These charges are not calculated in the cost of product or shipping and are the responsibility of the person receiving the delivery. BOLDLYGLAM will not be responsible for any delays, returns or for the customs office taking a package for unpaid customs duties or any type of regional problem.
While we do our best to ensure on timely delivery, situations outside of our control may cause a delay in an order being filled. Examples may include natural disasters, public emergency orders, curfews, strikes, health issues, etc. In the event of such circumstances we may delay delivery until the local situation gets better, or issue a full refund if the local problem extends to a prolonged delay in delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
