Return and Refund Policy
At BOLDLYGLAM, our goal is to prove you as a happy customer with every purchase. We know that sometimes, things don't turn out as planned, and we want you to feel that this is a transparent, fair process, so we've put our Return and Refund Policy below. Herein, we outline the circumstances we will accept returns and refunds, and what our customers need to do to start a return or request a refund.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet the following basic criteria:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories, tags, or documentation that came with it.
- The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way will NEVER be accepted unless the product was received damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly as outlined below.
Acceptable Reasons for Returns or Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Leaked Product
If the product you receive is broken, leaking, or has suffered any form of physical damage during transit, it is eligible for return or exchange.
- Incorrect Item (Quantity or Size)
If you receive the wrong item, or if the quantity or size differs from what you ordered, we will gladly rectify the issue with a replacement or a refund.
- Expired or Near-Expiry Products
If you receive a product that is expired or nearing its expiration date (defined as less than 30 days from the delivery date), you are entitled to request a refund or exchange.
Please note that BOLDLYGLAM will not entertain any return or refund requests that do not fall under these criteria.
How to Initiate a Return
If your purchase meets one of the eligible return conditions listed above, follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us Promptly
Please let us know right away after receiving the item. You may reach us by email at cs@boldlyglam.com.
- Submit Proof
When you submit your request, please include those clear photographs of the product that demonstrate the damage, defect, incorrect item or expiration date. This is required to process your return.
- Wait for Approval
After we confirm your request, and evidential proof, we will have our quality control staff to investigate. If approved, we will contact you to arrange for a pickup of the product.
Return Denial Conditions
BOLDLYGLAM reserves the right to deny returns under the following conditions:
- The product has been used, opened, or the seal has been broken.
- The serial number or packaging has been tampered with.
- The request is made after the return window has expired.
- There is no clear evidence supporting the claim of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment.
In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer and no refund or replacement will be issued.
Return Processing and Refund Timeline
After we get the item back, we will do a more indepth inspection. We will determine if the claim is warranted and if the item meets our return policy. If your return is accepted:
- A refund will be issued for the original amount of purchase excluding any and all shipping and any applicable service fees.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days of our receipt of the item being returned.
If the return is not approved, we will return the product back to you at no further cost by courier service.
Refunds for Non-Delivery
In cases where you did not receive your product at all:
- A full refund will be issued if the delivery was unsuccessful and no product was received at your doorstep.
- Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time.
Exchanges
BOLDLYGLAM does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, you must initiate a return request and place a new order separately after the return is approved.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our support team as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions stated above.
